Who we support

Built for the people other providers found too hard

We work with people across Perth whose needs are complex, and often whose trust has been let down before. Much of our work is with young people and the families who care for them.

For families

Someone who stays, so you can breathe

Many families come to us worn down by providers who changed workers every week or stepped back the moment things got hard. You want stability, clear communication, and people who actually know your child.

That’s what we’re built to give: the same trusted faces, prepared before they arrive, and a team that stays engaged through the difficult days.

For participants

We move at your pace

You’ll have workers who take the time to get to know you, who turn up consistently, and who help you build real confidence and independence.

We know trust takes time, especially if support hasn’t worked before. We move at your pace and we stay with it.

Where we do our best work

Complex needs, held with a steady hand

We’re strongest with young people whose behaviour has escalated, whose support has broken down before, and who need someone to stay long enough for trust to build.

Young people

A core focus on children and young adults building toward independence.

Complex behaviour

Support that stays steady when behaviour escalates, working alongside behaviour support plans.

Rebuilding trust

For people let down by providers who withdrew when it got hard.

Let's talk about the right support

Tell us a little about the person and what they need. We'll take it from there.
